Benefits of being a Coach
Through exercise you will find you not only improve physically, but also mentally and possibly socially. Of course working out will get you in better shape, help you lose some unwanted pounds, possibly lower your blood pressure, reduce stress, eliminate aching joints, and numerous other ailments you may suffer. I find I have better focus and can think more clearly when I am in shape because I don't have the aches and pains that used to be my focus. You also have to train yourself to focus on one task when you are doing exercises, and that can spill over into other areas of your life. Socially you may find you have more confidence with your new physique which can help you in many situations. It can help in job searches, job advancement, networking, and other areas. When you are comfortable and happy with how you appear and feel better, you are more confident in many situations. Now you are asking how these are benefits of being a coach. Imagine yourself feeling like this. Now imagine you have the ability to make your friends, co-workers, and others feel the same way. I get the greatest satisfaction knowing that I am helping, encouraging, and even motivating my friends to get in shape so they can do the same for others. It is a great feeling to know you actually have the ability to change the world through helping others achieve their goals in fitness and life. As always you can go to my Beachbody website and see all the benefits of coaching.
