Workout decision
I am trying to decide if I like P90X or 10 Minute Trainer the best. I like the lifting part of P90X and the same with TMT. I think I like the TMT length, but I do three a night so I am not really getting to much shorter of a workout by the time I switch disks. I do like the fact that none of the workouts are over 10 minutes and it makes it feel less painful. P90X is really not that hard for me now that I have done it once. Maybe I will combine them and really push it. P90X and then add one TMT workout and I would be wasting away. I would be fit for the beach in less than a month. Any thoughts or preferences?
