Personal Trainers

I know there are a lot of trainers out there that see people come and go. How would you like to make an income of those clients long after they have quit coming to the gym? You can by getting involved with my company and offering them a meal replacement shake as part of their training program. You make a commission on the sale and they have the chance to get theirs for free if they get 3 of their friends to sign up through them. So you can teach them how to change their lives in the gym and offer them long-term assistance. They can even join the business under you and start their own company. .

A new day

I am getting kind of tired of scooping snow. I need to quit washing my vehicles and it will quit. I can't remember the last time I had a clean car for more than a couple days. Every time I clean them it rains or snows right afterwards.

Today I start my new P90X/10 Minute Trainer hybrid program. I like the short workouts, but am going to do the long cardio workouts to burn more fat. I am on a goal for flat abs by the time summer gets here.

Workout decision

I am trying to decide if I like P90X or 10 Minute Trainer the best. I like the lifting part of P90X and the same with TMT. I think I like the TMT length, but I do three a night so I am not really getting to much shorter of a workout by the time I switch disks. I do like the fact that none of the workouts are over 10 minutes and it makes it feel less painful. P90X is really not that hard for me now that I have done it once. Maybe I will combine them and really push it. P90X and then add one TMT workout and I would be wasting away. I would be fit for the beach in less than a month. Any thoughts or preferences?
