Here is an interesting comparison between coffee, juice, and Shakeology. It is amazing what people do to their bodies and then expect results in health and fitness. I have changed my lifestyle to get results not just a diet. I still have coffee in the morning, but it is mixed with a scoop of Shakeology and some milk. It is just as good as a fancy coffee but has a lot more nutritional value. If you are looking to get in shape you need to seriously consider Shakeology as an important addition to your diet.
