The BEST (And Healthiest!) Black Bean Brownie Recipe EVER!

I think this is the healthiest version of the ever-popular black bean brownie recipe, but if you can think of some improvements or suggest even HEALTHIER ingredients, I'd love to get your feedback!!

1 can rinsed black beans (or cook your own!)
1/2 c. egg whites
2 Tbs. olive oil (or butter-flavored grapeseed oil)
4 Tbs. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. agave nectar (you could probably substitute another low-glycemic, all-natural, plant-based sweetener here!)
1/2 c. dark chocolate chips (optional or carob chips?)

I use the blender top to my Magic Bullet and just process all of the ingredients through the top of that and pulse until smooth, pour into a non-stick pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes!  So rich, fudgy and moist and full of fiber!

Play around with this recipe and add dashes of cinnamon, substitute applesauce or bananas for sweetener then add in some oats for more body -- the possibilities are endless!

Awesome!!
