
Anyone who has been in my fitness groups, in one of my 10-Day Kick Starts or has been a personal training client of mine knows the value that I put on proper sleep to increase your chances of weight loss and fitness success, so the fact that the Body Media FIT monitors this indicator is another great benefit to using this product. More importantly, the FIT differentiates between the time you're simply lying down versus when your body is in a sleep state, so you can see how many hours of true quality sleep you are getting, as opposed to the amount of time that you are in a supine position.
I am obviously thrilled at the opportunity to be interviewed on live TV and I hope a lot of you are able to catch the show! I will attempt to get a copy of the footage and then will quickly turn it over to my expert team of editors to cut out all of the places where I look and sound goofy and then I will happily share the remaining .006 nanoseconds of footage that remains with all of you!
