It's Monday!

So what better time to get back to the blog??  I haven't posted anything new since I completed The Ultimate Reset, but that doesn't mean I haven't been busy!  My hubby and I are three-quarters of the way through the Body Beast program with the final three (and most difficult) weeks ahead -- BEAST PHASE!  This is the "shred" portion of the program where we strip all of that excess body fat away and expose the amazing muscles we've been building for the past 9 weeks!  Exciting!  But hungry!!

This is the "dry run" for me to get myself physically and psychologically prepared for my first competition that I intend to do in April of 2013.  I've got to get this clean eating thing down to a science before the real training for this competition starts so we're going to lose some excess glob and cellulite BEFORE the holidays hit to minimize the inevitable damage that the Christmas (i.e., "eating") season always brings ;)  Last year I packed on some SERIOUS weight over the holidays and I'm going to REALLY work hard this year to not allow that to happen!  Curse you, Eggnog!!!

I am always available to help people with meal planning, motivation, help and support, especially during these  next few months when accountability becomes CRUCIAL to success.  I'm looking to hit the ground sprinting in January, not behind the eight-ball of the excess holiday gain.
